What is the Reason for the Roughness, Stripes, Bright Edges on the Cable Surface?

Abnormal surface appearance is one of the common cable faults. Generally speaking, the appearance of the cable surface is abnormal, including roughness, stripes, bright edges, fog and tingling.
So how did these situations come about?
1. Rough
The external mold is too large, the PVC is wet, and the PVC is poorly mixed.
2. Stripes
If it is a bright streak, it is caused by the high temperature in the first and second stages. If it is a fog streak, it is caused by the high temperature in the third and fourth stages
3. Light while fog
This situation is caused by the high temperature of the die and the uneven heating of the die.
4. Numbness
This is caused by the high temperature of the head and eye mold. At the same time, if PVC is wet, it will also lead to this situation.

So how should we deal with the above situation?
1. In production, because the external mold is too large or the appearance is rough, it is necessary to replace the external mold with a smaller hole diameter;
2. Dry the talc powder in advance according to the operation standard before starting the machine;
3. Poor PVC mixing can be solved by increasing the mesh membrane, increasing the temperature of dosing, and selecting the pressurized external mold;
4. Lower the temperature of the first/second section;
5. Lower the temperature of the third/fourth section;
6. Reduce the temperature of the head eye mold, replace the filter screen (reduce the number of pieces), and select a slightly smaller non-gallery external mold to improve;
7. The temperature of the machine head/eye mold is too high, and the temperature shall be adjusted appropriately;
9. PVC is wet, and it should be dried in time before starting.
