What are the uses of fork strander? What are its configuration and characteristics?
Fork-type stranding machine is a mechanical equipment used for stranding of steel-cored aluminum stranded wire, bare copper and bare aluminum wire, which can realize stranding and pressing of fan-shaped conductors and stranding, pulling and pressing of circular conductors.
The fork strander is mainly composed of central paying-off frame, stranding body, mold base, sector conductor pressing device, meter counter, main drive, traction device, take-up and arrangement machine, electric control protection device, etc.
The main structural features of the fork strander are:
1. It adopts the structural form of front hinge cage box and rear large bearing support. The main shaft is a thick-walled seamless pipe, which has the characteristics of good rigidity, fast speed and stable operation.
2. Double-active double-wheel traction, the traction gear is driven by large-module gear, and the traction force is large. It is applicable to the pressing of fan-shaped wire core and the pulling of circular tight pressing wire core.
3. The tension of wire breaking or pay-off is small, and the whole machine can be stopped by electric control.
4. All are equipped with sector conductor clamping device.
